    Sleep is so effortless 🥳😴

    I usually have so much trouble going to sleep and have been debating getting a sleep mask for a while! I was really interested in this one since it was a heating and cooling mask, and it was something I have never heard of before. I received my mask on Wednesday and have tried the heating and cooling effects since then and OMG, sleep has never come quicker 😭
