I don't like it. Can I exchange it?
If you're not satisfied with your order, we'll be more than happy to work with you on a resolution within 30 days of order receipt. Our top priority is your happiness, and we will work with you to make it right. Please let us know by filling out the contact form with your order number and description of the issue.
I think my order is lost in transit, help!
If you have a tracking number and you see that your order has not moved, or your tracking number says your order is delivered but you have not received the package you may file a claim with USPS: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm
All claims are the customer's responsibility with the carrier. We do not issue refunds when orders are lost in transit. We recommend choosing a shipping method that includes insurance.
If I am granted a refund, how long will it take?
Refunds can take up to 14 days to process from date product arrives for inspection.
I accidentally selected the incorrect return method for my return
Once the return request is automatically approved by our system - we can no longer revert it. So to help you out with this, please email us at hi@doebeauty.com and we'll create a duplicate return request for the return with the return method of your choice.
