The Basics: Before You Apply
Wait! Before you place those fluttery lashes on your eyes, you need to make sure your hands are clean and make sure to have a few tools on hand. You may have some of these items at home already, and if not, you can snag them by shopping for accessories on our Doe site.

Can You Wear Mascara or Eyeshadow With Magnetic Lashes?
Yes! If you want to wear eyeshadow with your Doe lashes, go ahead and apply it before applying the Neo liner and the Neo magnetic lashes. Some people choose to also wear mascara with their falsies, especially if their natural lashes are blonde. Keep in mind that when you wear mascara with falsies, you should only wear it to slightly darken your natural lashes and give them some shape and color.
The falsies give your lashes the length, volume, and oomph you want for your lashes. So, if you're going to wear a little mascara with your magnetic lashes, make sure to apply it after applying the Neo magnetic liner and before you begin laying down the actual falsie lash band. Allow it to dry thoroughly before applying the magnetic lash band.
- Apply eyeshadow if you choose to wear it with your falsies.
- Apply Neo-Liner to your upper lash line, just like applying liquid eyeliner. Make sure the line is as thick or thicker than the falsies lash band. Allow it to dry 80%. While it dries, apply your mascara.
- Carefully curl your natural lashes with a lash curler.
- Apply one thin layer of mascara to your lashes and allow it to dry.
- Gather your lash supplies from the list above.
How Do You Apply Neo Magnetic Liner?
Its easy! Apply the Neo Magnetic Liner to your upper lash line just like you would apply regular liquid eyeliner. Make sure the line is just as thick or thicker as the lash band. Remember, the magnets on the band need to hold onto the magnetic liner. Allow the liner to dry down 80%. Apply mascara now, if you choose.
Can You Trim Fake Eyelashes if They Are Too Long?
Yep! You may trim eyelashes if they are too long. Remove the lashes from the plastic tray with your Doe Tweezers. Measure the lash band to your eye to see if trimming is necessary by holding it up to your lashes.
Trim the lash band from the outer edge, trimming one magnet at a time until the lash band is the length of your eye. Most people donât need to cut anything from the lash band, but if you do, trimming no more than one or two magnets should do the trick.

How Do You Apply Magnetic Lashes?
Hereâs how: After the magnetic liner is 80% dry, apply the Neo Magnetic lashes. Line the lash band up with the liner at the inner corner of your eye. The lash band attaches immediately to the magnetic liner on its own.
Continue laying the lash band across your eye until it is fully secured. You may adjust the lashes as needed. Press the band into the liner and pinch the falsies and your natural lashes together to ensure a perfect fit. Repeat on the other eye and youâre done!

How Do You Clean Fake Eyelashes?
When youâre ready to remove your falsies, first wash your hands. Then, carefully peel the falsies away from your eyes by lifting them from the outer corner and peeling them all the way across.
- Clean the lash band with a cotton swab and an oil-free makeup remover. Never use makeup products or removers containing oil around your falsies because doing so causes damage to the delicate lash fibers.
- After cleaning the lash band, place the falsies in their original plastic case and store them in a cool, dry, and dark place until youâre ready to rock them again.
- Remove all other remaining eye makeup and other cosmetics from your face and eyes to reduce eye irritation, clogged pores, and breakouts.
