You've ordered our new contact lenses, now what!?

So you’ve taken a look at our super cute new colored contact lenses, tried them on in your head and were able to finally decide on a color, what now?!

Because our colored contact lenses are fully FDA approved, a few extra steps are required to ensure the proper fit and strength is issued. We want you to have the best and most comfortable experience possible so let’s walk through what happens after you check out from doebeauty.com with your new lenses…

You’ll receive an email from doe beauty with a link to our partner GoVisibly’s site.

We cannot legally ship your order until your prescription has been verified. 

The link in the email sent will take you directly to GoVisibly’s site. GoVisibly is our FDA approved partner that will be able to verify and approve your existing contact lens prescription.

You’ll need a few things to complete this process:

• 10 feet of space
• A mobile device and/or computer or tablet display
• Your prescription for your current correction

You’ll be wearing your current correction throughout the test and this should take a maximum of 6-7 minutes.

Please Note: We are currently unable to process orders for customers who do not have an existing prescription. If you ordered and do not have a prescription, please contact us at hi@doebeauty.com so we can issue you a refund. 

Do not delay the process.

You only have 7 days from checkout on doebeauty.com to submit all the required information to verify your contact lens prescription information. If you let this lapse, we must cancel and refund your order.

Once you have submitted all of the required information, we wait…

But not for long! Most prescriptions are approved within 2-3 hours but the process can take up to 24 hours. 

Once your prescription has been approved, you will receive 2 emails from us:

1. Prescription approved email - just for your records
2. Your order has shipped - this is the one you really wanted
