Neo-Liner

The Neo-Liner definitely dries down to a solid black pigment. But, I've been having trouble applying the formula. At times it can be clumpy, and I think it affects the staying power. I feel it takes longer to dry since it seems like the inner corners lift right away if I apply my lashes too soon (even though the liner seems dry to touch). I'm not sure if I messed up the formula since I always remove excess liner on inside the edge of the bottle before applying, or if I happened to get a bad batch :( The most I know is that for me I probably need a different application method like a thinner brush to make precise lines with less product.

The Neo Liner is packed with pigment and all-day hold. This is the darkest magnetic liner I've ever used! The tip makes it really easy to draw precisely and glides on with one swipe. It also doesn't crackle throughout the day. I love how easy it is to remove as well, I use micellar water and it glides off without any rubbing or irritation. The smell of it is also really pleasant!
