Shipping, Returns, and Refund Policy
WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP FROM THE TIME I ORDER?
Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed from our warehouse prior to shipment. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.
* During New Product Launch, Holidays, or Sale events, it may take 5-7 business days for your order to be processed.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY?
Due to recent USPS changes, it now takes 5-10 business days for the USPS Mail Courier to deliver your package.
If there are Postal Delays, it may take an additional 7-10 business days for delivery. Please note: Postal delays are completely out of our control.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
When your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail notification from us which will include the shipping details and the tracking number.
Please allow 24 – 48 hours for the tracking information to show on the USPS website.
Please track your packages. Doe Lashes is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. Packages may/will be left at your front door by the postal courier if no one is home to receive it. We have no control over what happens to your package once the postal courier delivers it.
We do not replace or refund orders that are scanned "delivered" by USPS or UPS. In the case that your order is undelivered, however is marked as delivered, an investigation will be opened with USPS or UPS depending on the used carrier until a final resolution is made. ***
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages or packages delayed in transit.
If there is a problem with your package delivery or tracking number, please contact USPS directly.
If USPS or UPS Tracking confirms that the package was "Delivered", no refunds or replacements will be granted.
If your order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, insufficient address, abandoned package, or refused package, you are responsible for the original shipping cost. This amount will be deducted from your order. No exceptions!
Shipping rates are based on the total weight of package. The easiest way to see exact shipping charges for an order is to put items in your cart, proceed to checkout, and view the order summary.
USPS Standard Shipping: This is the most affordable shipping method however you will not be able to track your order. This shipping option is NOT available to all countries.
USPS Priority Mail International: starts at $46.08 and $30.16 for Canadian Residents. You will be able to track your order with this option.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR DELIVERY TO MY COUNTRY?
USPS Standard Shipping takes 2 to 6 weeks depending on your country.
USPS Priority Mail international takes 6-14 business days for many major markets. Average number of days may vary based upon origin and destination.
On very rare occasions, international shipping can take up to 6 weeks. Please allow that time to pass before contacting us regarding delivery of your order or contact USPS at 1-800-222-1811.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
We use USPS First Class Mail International service for most of our orders. This method offers the most affordable shipping rates, and, USPS First Class Mail International service will provide tracking information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMS TAXES & DUTIES?
Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Doe Lashes cannot control and is not responsible for any duties/taxes applied to your package. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for further information. Note, on rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages.
By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
(If you refuse a shipment from Doe Lashes, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Doe Lashes This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.)
We do accept returns if the item is unused and in its original conditions. The full order amount minus the postage charge is available to be refunded. Excluding orders where the product had manufacturer defect, there is a restocking fee of $5 to cover the process of receiving and inspecting the product.
If goods were damaged upon receipt, you must email us within 24 hours of delivery confirmation. Please email email@example.com with the subject line: "DAMAGED ITEM" and include your Order Number. Damages due to shipping will be reviewed and we will work with you closely to resolve it in the most reasonable manner possible.
Important Note: For Lashes that are handmade, some minor discrepancies in hair assignment are normal and may occur. Please keep in mind that some handmade lashes may not look symmetrical. If there is a very noticeable difference between the hair assignments, please email our support at firstname.lastname@example.org with the subject line, "Different Lash Pairs".
